Mum and Baby Experiences

Helen invites new mums to share birth stories and learn what their babies are saying via body language.

This class is for new mums and babies (pre crawling) to come and share their birth stories in a gentle open space . With her gentle listening  and craniosacral therapy skills, she has lots of experience with mums and babies.

There may have been  challenges during pregnancy and birth and this is just the right space to share.

As part of the class, Helen will also teach some basic baby body language so mums can learn what their babies might be trying to communicate . Babies love telling their stories and she provides the safety for them to do in the class.

Class sizes are small so there is plenty of time to have your stories heard.
